- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

🔁 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose:
- A different product of equal value, or
- A store credit (if applicable)
🔙 Return Process
Email us at support@dapper.com with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return/exchange
- Product images (if damaged/incorrect)
Our team will review and approve the request. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you for self-shipping.
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be credited to:
- Original payment method, or
- Wallet/store credit (as applicable)
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
📦 Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, return shipping is free.
- Otherwise, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
