We collect only what we need to run the store, fulfil orders, and support you:

• Order and delivery details: billing/shipping name, phone, email, address, pincode, city, state, GSTIN (if you provide it), and order history.
• Payment information: payment method (prepaid / COD), transaction status, and references returned by our payment partner. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Support messages: content you send through Contact Us, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and cookies needed for login, cart, and checkout.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. Do not use the store if you are under 18 without a parent or guardian.
