These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of dapprindia.com and any order you place with DAPPR. Please read them before you buy. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

You must be 18 years or older (or buy with a parent/guardian) and able to enter a contract under Indian law. You confirm that the details you provide (name, phone, email, address) are true and complete.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and/or ship the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock issues, payment failure, suspected fraud, incomplete address, or unserviceable pincode.
Please review cart items, size, quantity, and address before payment. Title and risk in the goods pass when the courier marks the shipment delivered at the address you gave.
Orders are processed after successful prepaid payment or COD confirmation. Failed or incomplete payments will not be shipped.
Orders typically ship in 24–48 hours and arrive in 3–5 days pan India, subject to courier capacity, weather, and your pincode. Prepaid orders above ₹999 ship free. Below that, prepaid shipping is ₹50 unless checkout shows a different live rate.
You must provide a complete, reachable address and phone number. Extra attempts, RTO (return to origin), or wrong-address deliveries may be charged or treated as delivered for the purpose of the original sale. Full delivery rules: Delivery Information.
Unused items with tags and original packing can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, as described on Return & Exchange and Refund Policy. Innerwear, sale/clearance, and custom pieces may be excluded. Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Approved prepaid refunds go to the original payment method. COD refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer after we receive and inspect the goods. Shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Keep your login OTP/password confidential. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
The DAPPR name, logo, product photos, graphics, and website content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site (fraudulent orders, abuse of COD, scraping, attacking the service, or posting unlawful content). We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
To the extent permitted by Indian consumer law, DAPPR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, courier delays outside our control, or colour/fit variation within normal manufacturing tolerance. Our liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable Indian law that cannot be excluded.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Using the store means you also accept that policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the jurisdiction of our principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you reside.
